David Lubar gave a very interesting presentation at Bartlett Public Libarary District on how he gets his ideas for writing books. He uses the hunting and gathering method. Hunting includes brainstorming, free association, and considering all the possible “what ifs”. Gathering is done by observing everyday life. Often how you look at life makes an experience worth writing about.

David Lubar took time to answer lots of questions and autograph his books.
